Youth Power Sessions

This class is for youngsters ages 10+ who want to work on power, multi-directional movements and quick burst to sprint.  As young athletes grow into maturity they need to learn the fundamentals at an early age to excel in their sports.

Focus Goals:

  • Explosive Starts
  • Power Movements
  • Medicine Ball Exercises
  • Introduction to Plyometrics
  • Core Balance
  • Speed and Reaction Drills
  • Body Weight Exercises
  • Time Trials
  • Stamina

January 8 – March 26 Ages 13+

Time: 7pm-8pm
