Sports Team Training

The team will complete a strength and a fitness testing assessment.
Once completed the Team will go through the 3 training phases listed below:
Phase 1:
– General strength development and running technical┬áskills
– Mobility hip and shoulder drills
– Sprinting and accelerations
– Core and power balance
– Time Trials

Phase 2:
– Power and speed endurance
– Speed intervals
– Multi-directional foot work
– Lower body power exercises
– Plyometrics
Phase 3:
– Advance core strength
– High intensity and low volume
– Specific and strength endurance
– Time Trials
