Sports Team Training

The team will complete a strength and a fitness testing assessment.
Once completed the Team will go through the 3 training phases listed below:
Phase 1:
- General strength development and running technical skills
– Mobility hip and shoulder drills
– Sprinting and accelerations
– Core and power balance
– Time Trials

Phase 2:
- Power and speed endurance
- Speed intervals
- Multi-directional foot work
- Lower body power exercises
- Plyometrics
Phase 3:
- Advance core strength
- High intensity and low volume
- Specific and strength endurance
- Time Trials
