Kirk Parchment | CPT

From a young age, I have always been involved in sports and being active.  I was involved in countless sports teams including basketball, football and of course, track and field! I have won first place and sustained top 3 for track in the York Region 100 meter dash and also placed top 3 in 200 meter dash several times and named athlete of the year for every year during my high school career attending Markville Secondary High School.

One of my biggest accomplishment as a trainer at a young age in high school was training the midget girls relay team in the 4 X 100 meter dash where they won and became York Region champions; they went on to place second in OFSAA.

During my senior year in high school, I started weight lifting to improve my strength and agility which resulted to my personal best of 10.85 seconds in the 100 meter dash. Unfortunately I pulled my hamstring placing 2nd at the 80 meter point and did not fully see what could have been the outcome at 100%.

In 2012 I started to coach basketball U15 boys all the way up to U16 for the MUMBA organization. My primary role was to condition the boys the best they could be. The boys improved in agility and stamina under my training, which resulted in great offense and defense on the court. The main focus of training was agility and endurance at a HIIT top condition.

Because of my background as an athletic individual, I now challenge myself at the age of 42, to continue to be that young athlete I once was and share my knowledge with others.  I have passion and knowledge in this fitness industry that I wish to share with others without the influence of ‘short-cuts’ or supplements.  Simply put in the time, effort and mental capacity and I will ensure you meet your physical goals!
