Athletic Evaluation

Xplosiv Athletes train all levels of athletes to their optimal peak performance. Our trainers and coaches must objectively know where their athletes stand. The Athletic Evaluation gives Xplosiv Athletes team the opportunity to test and according to the results, design a customized training program each athlete needs.

The Athletic Evaluation must be completed prior to beginning any training program such as:

Flexibility Assessment

  • Sit and Reach
  • Toe touch
  • Trunk rotation
  • Shoulder internal and external rotation

Power Assessment

  • Broad jumps
  • Medicine ball chest toss
  • Single leg hops for distance
  • Vertical jumps

Muscle Endurance Assessment

  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups

Speed and Agility Assessment

  • 40 yards dash
  • 3 cone drills
  • 5-10-5 shuffle

Strength Assessment

  • Power cleans
  • Bench Press
  • Squats
  • Leg Press
