As a former World-Class Track and Field Athlete, I have travelled around the world and learned numerous training techniques and created my own formulas for athletes to excel in their sport, and for clients to get their complete fitness results.

Throughout my athletic career, I have achieved the All-American status by winning the NAIA National Championships at the University of Southern New Orleans. Another accomplishment was winning the Canada Summer Games 400m hurdles championships as well as becoming Champion in the Canadian Junior National 400m hurdles.

From a young age, I have always been involved in sports and being active. I was involved in countless sports teams including basketball, football and of course, track and field! I have won first place and sustained top 3 for track in the York Region 100 meter dash and also placed top 3 in 200 meter dash several times and named athlete of the year for every year during my high school career attending Markville Secondary High School.

Athletic Evaluation

Xplosiv Athletes train all levels of athletes to their optimal peek performance.
Trainers and Coaches must objectively know where their athletes stand.
The Athletic Evaluation gives Xplosiv Athletes team the opportunity to test and according to the results, design a customized training program each athlete needs.


Hamburger, fries and coke is key for an athlete before a game, right? Wrong. We will teach you what athletes should be consuming and when.
Athletes benefit the most from the amount of carbohydrates stored in the body. In the early stages of moderate exercise, carbohydrates provide 40 to 50 percent of the energy requirement.


Xplosiv Athletes’ specific programs will simply make you a physically better athlete. The program will help you develop power and “Explosiveness” (the foundation of speed), and strength. Your coordination, balance, and flexibility will also improve. You will be taught how to do the fundamentals lifts correctly and will utilize plyometrics and other sport-specific lifts and exercises during your training to make your game or competition ready.
